The team was responsive, responsible, careful with our items, and made the process of moving out of our house of 20 years almost … fun. They packed the items, were kind and courteous, and did not take a break allll day. As happens in a move that size, two (unsentimental) items were bumped. We needed to move an estate from a storage unit to an auction barn. Christian and his crew arrived right when promised and immediately proceeded to prepare to load the truck. They showed such respect for our property. They blanket wrapped the delicate items and shrink wrapped the other items. They were all work and never took a break. The people I dealt with from the beginning phone call to the subsequent phone calls, to the movers themselves were friendly, kind and more than willing to accommodate any and all issues I had. I am on my own and use a cane most of the time. As quite often happens when moving, I was on a time table. I was moving from my home of forty years, and I have had very little experience with the whole process of moving. Pantheon, and especially the movers themselves went over and above to take the stress an anxiety of the whole process of moving off me. They truly made me feel like it was all going to be fine (ie... We got you Miss Jenny). Considering all the circumstances and all that needed to be done, they succeeded in making me feel like it was so much easier than I know it actually was. Pantheon helped us with two moves for an estate sale. The first weekend we moved a pool table. The workers took extra care to take it apart, move it to a new home and reassemble and balance it. It was not an easy task and they handled it with care and professionalism. The next weekend they moved some antique furniture to two different homes. Pantheon helped us move a Pool Table across state. They arrived on time. Took down the pool table very carefully making sure to wrap every piece. They moved the table across the state and put it back together just as carefully at the new location. I would 100% choose this company over ANY OTHER…. They were so kind and worked so hard to get done what I needed to…. I am a traveling nurse and was in Tx finishing up my contract and needed my stuff moved for me ASAP as I was going to be coming back to MO the next day, and I was unable to be there for the move… I had hired another company and when they got to my storage shed and realized I wasn’t going to be there to supervise them and watch them load my stuff for 4+hrs.. they got to my storage shed in Belton MO THE MORNING OF THE MOVE AND CANCELLED ON ME…. I called Pantheon Moving company, and they immediately went to work for me and I was able to get my stuff moved the next morning and they were VERY EFFICIENT and went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME!!!! The two young men, J.J. and Ebele arrived on time. The refrigerator was a large three door French style.It was not going through the doorway until the door was removed from the house and all three doors were removed from the refrigerator. The door with water and electrical cords was especially difficult. But after viewing a video online from Samsung it was correctly removed. All bolts were secured in baggies. They carefully wrapped all three frig doors in blankets.When we arrived at my house they had to first remove my old refrigerator and place on truck to be transported to my daughter. Then they could bring the Samsung French door up my side yard and into back door. They were able to successfully reassemble the doors (water and electricity) after much perseverance! Then they drove an hour to Peculiar, MO to deliver my old refrigerator to my daughter. It was a dark country road but they arrived and delivered successfully! I was beyond thankful and tipped both men above the moving companies charge which was very reasonable! Thank you Pantheon movers!

A recent residential move exposed the daunting task of moving a 1250 lb two piece flat wall fountain out of the homes courtyard and into a box truck. A Pantheon Moving crew was hired and they showed up at the agreed time. After the crew leader assessed the situation, which included two sets of steps, they got to work and expertly and with obvious skill lifted and carried the bottom and top pieces one at a time and into the truck safely and intact. Both pieces were padded and wrapped for transport by the crew. After a 700 mile road trip, the fountain arrived intact with no damage from the trip.Thanks to Pantheon Moving, the new placement of the fountain was a complete success. I might also add that the crew members were courteous, friendly and very respectful of the property. I would definitely hire them again for any moving projects.
